FAQ (Questions you keep bloody asking)

Promotion commences at 9:00 AM AEST 1/9/26, ends 5:00 PM AEDT 30/10/26. No entries will be accepted outside this time.

Open to 18+ Australian residents in NSW, QLD, VIC & WA who fulfil the entry/eligibility requirements.

The promotion runs in NSW, QLD, VIC and WA only. Entrants must purchase from a participating retailer – any retailer displaying advertising for this promotion. NT, ACT, SA and TAS residents are not eligible.

1. Purchase a participating Fat Bastard product from a participating retailer during the promotional period and retain your proof of purchase. 
2. Visit fatbastardwins.com.au/goldrush and complete the online entry form, including uploading a legible copy of your qualifying receipt, in accordance with the instructions on the website.

Yes. Your receipt is required as proof of purchase and must be uploaded with your entry. You should retain the original receipt in case it is requested for verification.

You must purchase either:

• Fat Bastard Chardonnay
• Fat Bastard Chenin Blanc
• Fat Bastard Malbec
• Fat Bastard Pinot Noir
• Fat Bastard Shiraz
• Fat Bastard Chardonnay Bagnum

You can submit 1 entry a day, entrants can only win a maximum of one prize in this promotion.

A random prize draw will be held at 3:00 PM AEDT on 5 November 2026. The grand prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the 50 runner-up winners. 

Winners will be notified by email no later than 6 November 2026, with details on how to claim their prize.

There are two prize types: a Grand Draw Prize of a $7,500 digital pre-paid gift card, and 50 Runner Up Prizes, each a $50 digital pre-paid gift card. 

The total prize pool is AUD$10,000 (inc. GST).

There are 51 prizes in total: 1 Grand Draw Prize and 50 Runner Up Prizes.

Winners will be notified by email no later than 6 November 2026, and that notification will include details on how to claim the prize. 

Prizes are digital pre-paid gift cards, are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winners will be published here on 12 November 2026.

If a prize is not claimed by 3:00 PM AEDT on 7 February 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 3:00 PM AEDT on 8 February 2027.

Unclaimed prize draw winners will be notified via email no later than 9 February 2027, and the winners' names will be published here on 15 February 2027.

By entering, you consent to the Promoter using your personal information to conduct the promotion and award prizes, including sharing it with third parties involved in the promotion and relevant authorities. The Promoter may also use your information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for an indefinite period, unless you advise otherwise. Your information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
